Sixes Drinking Game

Sixes - thechuggernauts.com

The Sixes Drinking Game is not very far off from simply drinking. It’s for people who don’t want to deal with all the strategy or complexities of a card drinking game and just want to get to the drinking.

Requirements:

6 shot glasses, a die and beer

Set up:

Place all 6 shot glasses in a row.

Summary:

Players will roll a die and either fill a shot glass or drink it.

Sixes Drinking Game Rules:

The empty shot glasses on the table correspond to the 6 numbers on a die, where 1 is the shot glass closest to you and 6 is the furthest. Players take turns rolling the die. If the die corresponds to an empty shot glass they must fill it with beer. If it corresponds to a full glass they must drink it. That’s it.

Alternate rules:

  • This game can also be played with full size pint glasses and players always pour into the glasses until someone accidentally overfills it. When this happens they must drink the overflowing cup.
  • Another version is where players continue to drink or fill cups until each cup is either full or empty at the same time. This can lead to multiple shots of beer before someone finally passes their turn.

There’s not much to say about this game except get ready to drink up! There’s no definitive ending point to this game so just play it until your attention goes elsewhere.
