How Do You See The World Review – A Game To Challenge Your Perspectives

How Do You See The World is a card game with one simple goal. To delve into the our personal philosophies that govern our everyday lives. This uplifting card game was created by Authentic Agility Games to encourage meaningful discussions.

HDYSTW is an ambitious ice breaker game that sets out with the goal of changing the world by asking important questions. In dedication to this goal Authentic Agility Games donates a portion of proceeds to help advance education and entrepreneurship.

How Does It Work?

Easy. The base game provides 100 question cards and one category die. Each question card has 5 questions on it and whichever category was rolled on the die is the question that must be answered.

Each question is answered by each player. The questions themselves are intentionally ambiguous to allow for people to reflect and come up with their own unique interpretations.

For those looking for more competitive rulesets or just ways to add another layer to the game; they have included some additional ways to play on their website.

How Do You See The World Review

We should probably start off by mentioning that HDYSTW is a pretty far cry from the raunchy party games and beer pong variants that we’re used to reviewing.

As such, this type of game plays best if you bring it to the right group of people in the right atmosphere. It’s more of a conversation driver than a fully fleshed out party game.

One of the great aspects of this game is that it forces you to ask questions that you never would have though to ask before. Things like “Describe your perfect work environment” or “How have your beliefs changed over time?”. This can be a good and bad thing as some of the more open ended questions can be difficult to answer.

How Do You See The World is a solid ice breaker for getting to know more about those around you. For those that spend time together but have never really sat down and gotten to each other this game makes that process simple. Great for team building activities or to keep around the coffee table in case conversation runs dry.
