Poo-Bum-Dickie Rules

The object of this game is to take turns saying the next roman numeral until players reach 39. There is one catch though. Every “I” is replaced with the word “Poo”, Every “V” is replaced with the word “Bum” and every X is replaced with the word “Dickie”.

So for example the number 27 (roman numberals XXVII) would be pronounced “Dickie,Dicke,Bum,Poo,Poo”.

If a player messes up by saying the wrong thing or hesitate too long they have to drink and play restarts with them. The goal is to make it to 39. If players are finding it too easy they can try switching up the key words between rounds.

Poo-Bum-Dickie is a great drinking game and also doubles as a way to study roman numerals if you want to get loaded while pretending you’re studying for an exam. There’s also a popular version of this game that comes from Essex where the words are replaced with “No, Daddy, Don’t Touch Me”. Just make sure not to yell that one too loud or you might have some explaining to do.
