If you’re looking for something easy, you’re going to want to look elsewhere. This drinking game originates from Russia and it basically just involves a bunch of people polishing off some beers and a bottle of vodka until their either finish it or pass out. It’s not for the faint of liver. The bear paw drinking game also involves players all drinking from the same cup so if you’re a bit squeamish about sharing a cup this might not be for you.
If we haven’t scared you off, then get ready to get sloshed.
What You’ll Need
A cup, beers and vodka. Preferably at least 4 players sitting around a table but the more the merrier. Too few players and this game can become pretty deadly for those involved.
Bear Paw Drinking Game Rules
The goal of this game is simple. Get drunk. Basically players just pass around a cup of beer/vodka, taking a sip and filling it back up with whatever there is less of in the cup.
First fill up a pint of beer. The starting player takes a sip and fills the cup up with vodka, creating a hybrid beer-vodka swill.
Then play goes clockwise. Each player taking a sip, filling back up the cup with vodka and passing it along.
When someone takes a sip and can confidently say that it’s “mostly vodka”. then they start filling it up with beer instead.
This keeps going, switching from beer to vodka until the players pass out or the alcohol has run dry. Bottoms Up.
As with most Russian drinking games this one has a heavy emphasis on the drinking part. So please err on the side of caution and take a break if you need one. Please drink responsibly, no drinking game is worth risking alcohol poisoning.
