The Kings and Blood drinking game is very easy to set up and involves a lot of drinking. Making it the perfect game for a quick pre-game. All you need is a deck of cards and an empty pint glass. Players draw cards from the pile, drinking if it’s red. Black cards do nothing. If anyone draws a king they pour into the glass and the last player to draw a king drinks it. This game works with any number of players.
What You’ll Need
A full deck of cards and some drinks. Plus an empty pint glass to put in the center.
Kings and Blood Drinking Game Rules
Shuffle all the cards and place them in a circle face down in the middle. Put the empty pint glass in the middle. Turn order starts with the left of whoever shuffled and then goes clockwise.
On a players turn all they have to do is draw a card.
If they draw a black card nothing happens.
If they draw a red card they drink for a number of seconds equal to the value of the card. (Ace is 1, Jack is 11, Queen is 12)
If they draw a king instead of drinking they pour however much of their drink they want into the pint glass.
Once someone draws the final king the game is over and that player must chug the contents of the glass.
The Kings and Blood drinking game sort of plays out like a much simpler version of Kings Cup. Depending on your luck and how many red cards you draw it might end up with a lot of drinking for some players so please remember to pace yourself and drink responsibly. Don’t drink and drive and arrange yourself a safe ride home.
